Professional Cuddle Therapy in Hull
A professional, consent-led space to slow down, receive and enjoy safe, platonic human connection.

Touch is one of our earliest forms of connection.
Its effects aren't only emotional. Research into consensual, supportive touch is finding fascinating links with how we experience stress, connection and physical wellbeing.

Supportive touch has been linked with reduced stress and changes in cortisol, helping create those moments where the body can begin to settle

Affectionate touch can support feelings of closeness and connection and is associated with oxytocin... one of the body's important systems involved in bonding, social connection and stress regulation.

Research into touch has found benefits across physical and emotional wellbeing, including pain, anxiety, mood, blood pressure and other measures of health.

The benefits of touch don't necessarily have to belong to one lovely moment. Research suggests that repeated touch experiences may offer greater benefits than simply making a single experience longer.
Hi, I'm Carly...
I've spent more than 17 years working with people and their bodies, across healthcare, nutrition, movement, coaching and breathwork.
Again and again, I've seen how easy it can be to become very good at carrying on... and how unfamiliar it can feel to slow down, notice what we need and allow ourselves to receive care.
My own curiosity about platonic touch eventually led me to experience professional cuddle spaces for myself, before training with Cuddle Professionals International.
What I found was something beautifully simple: a space where closeness could be explored with clear boundaries, open communication and no pressure for it to mean anything more..
That's what I now offer at Still Space Hull: a professional, welcoming environment where consent, choice and communication come first, and where you don't have to earn being cared for.

When you arrive, we'll take some time to check in and get comfortable before exploring what feels right that day. There's no fixed routine or amount of touch to work through. We can talk, rest, cuddle, change position, pause or change our minds as we go.
And if you're unsure where you'd like to start... don't worry. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want. I can offer suggestions and guide you through different possibilities at a pace that feels comfortable, while you remain free to choose what you'd like to explore.
Your first step is simply a conversation.
