Still Space Hull is a space I created to offer what I was searching for myself... somewhere to land.
Somewhere to rest your nervous system, take off the mask, and reconnect with what really matters: you.
Hi, I’m Carly, I’m a Breathwork facilitator, holistic strength coach, and former NHS dietitian with over a decade of experience in health and wellbeing. After years working with people facing long-term conditions and burnout, I saw how much we all need spaces to come back to ourselves. Spaces that don’t demand performance or perfection, just presence.
Why Still Space?
Because life can be full-on.
Because midlife is tender and wild.
Because even on our best days, we still need somewhere we can soften.
I created Still Space Hull for people who want to feel calmer, stronger, and more connected , not by doing more, but by gently peeling back the noise and pressure of modern life.
Whether that’s through Breathwork, reflective workshops, or simply having space to exhale, this is a place where you can do that.
What to Expect
At Still Space, Breathwork is the main offering, from monthly two-hour workshops to Tuesday evening wind-downs. It’s simple, powerful, and meets you wherever you’re at. You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be “good at relaxing.” You just need to show up, as you are.
From time to time I’ll also collaborate with other practitioners I align with, especially when it brings something meaningful to the community.
Whether you're navigating menopause, burnout, anxiety, a season of change, or just want to feel a bit more you — you’ll be welcomed with warmth, realness, and a good cup of tea.
