The series unfolds across four guided group sessions, over 8 weeks with integration weeks in between.


Here you have time and space to notice, reflect, and embody what’s explored, without pressure to act or fix anything.

Places are capped to 8 to keep the space supportive and allow all voices to be heard.

Session 1: 10th February Rooted Understanding

Making sense of the menopause transition

We begin by gently orienting to what’s happening in the body and nervous system during menopause.
This session offers clear, compassionate education that helps reduce fear, self-blame, and confusion.

Rather than overwhelming information, the focus is on understanding your own experience in context — so your body feels less like a problem and more like something you can listen to again.

Session 2: 24th February Rooted Regulation

Supporting stress, sleep, and emotional steadiness

This session explores why stress responses, sleep disruption, and emotional sensitivity can feel heightened in midlife and how the nervous system fits into this picture.

You’ll be guided toward gentle, practical ways to support regulation in daily life, helping you feel steadier without needing to push or control your experience.

Session 3: 10th March Rooted Strength

Reconnecting with strength as something you already hold

This session reframes strength in menopause — not as effort or endurance, but as support, resilience, and self-trust.

We explore how movement, energy, and capacity shift in midlife, and how to work with your body rather than against it.

Session 4: 24th March Rooted Direction

Listening forward with self-trust

The closing session brings together everything explored across the series.
We reflect on boundaries, values, and inner guidance, supporting you to move forward from a grounded place rather than from pressure or expectation.

This session isn’t about deciding everything, it’s about trusting yourself to know what matters now.
